Spring Clean Up: After two cancellations, our spring clean-up will be held Saturday, May 31st from 8:30 a.m. to noon. We have removed several of the trees and brush that are growing above the retaining wall at our main entrance. However, we need you, with gloves and rakes, for some other light work. Lunch will be served after clean-up. We will meet in the commons area at 8:30. A big thank you in advance for your help.

Summary of Spring Activity

  • Neighbors Dale Hanson, Leo Clark and Bob Theis have planted 60 seedlings (Red Oaks and Maples) in the common area and on the hillside facing River Hills Drive.
  • Brush and small trees above the south retaining wall have been removed.
  • Two boulevard trees for our front entrance have been ordered from Greg’s Tree Farm and will be delivered and planted within the next two weeks.
  • The City of Burnsville will repair the sod around the Area 2 cul-de-sac which was damaged by snow plows.

Annual Dues: We have a handful of neighbors that have not paid their annual dues. If you have not paid please remit as soon as possible. A follow-up reminder is being sent. Mail checks to:
