Board meeting: Bob Theis called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm on May 16, 2007. The meeting was held at Bob’s home. Six board members were present.

Treasurer Report: 12 homeowners have not paid their 2007 dues. 1 homeowner has not paid their 2006 dues.

New Business: Need spending money for summer vacation? We still need two people to care for and mow the cul-de-sacs in areas 5 & 7. We pay $150.00 per summer per cul-de-sac. If you’re interested, please call Kyle. Also, keep an eye on the southern entrance…improvements coming soon!

Spring Cleanup: A “bakers dozen” showed up to help clean up our common area and path. Thank you for all your hard work. One tree was removed and a smaller pine planted in the same site. Now the stop sign is viewable. In June, Dale could use a volunteer or two to help him apply a second treatment of fertilizer/weed control to the common area & along the walking path. Call him if you’re available.

Slow Down: Remember to slow down. Summer is here and more of our neighbors are outside walking, jogging, playing and visiting. Please report speeding vehicles. Remember non-licensed mini bikes and go carts are not allowed on city streets.

Next Board Meeting: Will be Wed. June 27 at 7:00 pm at Bob’s home. Homeowners are always welcome to attend.
